  • FINANCING


    1. Photo ID (e.g,. driver’s license)
    2. Social Security Number ( for credit check)
    3. Proof of Income:
    - Recent pay stubs (last 30 days)
    - W-2s (past 2 years)
    - Tax returns ( past 2 years, especially for self-employment buyers)
    4. Bank Statements (last 2-3 months)
    5. Employment verification
    6. Credit report authorization
